At Big Agnes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked delivery.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
